Why isn't pricing listed?+
Teams use InfuseBI very differently, from a handful of analysts to thousands of customers inside a SaaS product. A quote based on your users, customers, data, and hosting is fairer than a one-size price list.
How does the free trial work?+
Sign up to create a workspace (Google sign-in where available). The trial lasts 15 days, lets you try the AI data team on your own data, and connect your own database or upload a file. No card is needed.
What's the difference between the trial and the pilot?+
The trial is self-serve exploration: sign up and start immediately. The pilot is a guided evaluation on your own data: we set it up after a call, walk through your business question, and show the AI data team in action. Both are free.
Do I need my own AI provider key?+
No. The trial may include AI access where available. On a paid plan you can connect your own AI provider key, such as OpenAI or Gemini, or we can include AI usage in your plan.
How does billing work?+
Billing terms are set in your quote based on your needs.
What happens when the trial ends?+
